What does the “Pickup” Option Entail?

The Pickup Option is only available for the city of Rotterdam (NL). It is a totally free option! If you are interested by it, kindly contact us via the form before ordering and selecting the option. We only offer it in certain areas/locations of the city, i.e., Blaak, Oostplein, Kralingen, Centrum, Beurs, and Erasmus Universiteit.

What are the Return Conditions?

We are pleased to offer a 14-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of use or stains. Please ensure that all tags and packaging are intact. Returns initiated after the 14-day window or items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
